Implementasi Penggunaan Teknologi Blockchain Dalam Keamanan Transaksi Digital Perbankan Syariah Di BSI KCP Pangkalan Brandan

Teknologi blockchain hadir sebagai solusi strategis melalui sistem pencatatan terdesentralisasi yang menjamin transparansi, imutabilitas (data tidak dapat diubah), dan keamanan transaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan teknologi blockchain terhadap keamanan transaksi, mengidentifikasi indikator keamanan yang ditingkatkan, serta mengevaluasi kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip syariah di BSI KCP Pangkalan Brandan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus di Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Pangkalan Brandan. Sumber data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pihak internal bank (seperti Branch Manager dan Customer Service) serta nasabah, didukung oleh data sekunder terkait operasional digital bank. Teknik analisis data dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran empiris mengenai efektivitas dan tantangan implementasi blockchain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi teknologi blockchain (melalui mekanisme smart contract dan sistem terdesentralisasi) secara signifikan memperkuat keamanan transaksi dengan menghilangkan risiko manipulasi data dan meminimalisir human error. Secara teologis, teknologi ini selaras dengan prinsip syariah seperti Amanah, Siddiq, dan Al-Kitabah (perintah pencatatan transaksi secara adil dan jelas). Blockchain terbukti berfungsi sebagai trust enabler technology yang meningkatkan kepercayaan nasabah karena adanya jejak digital (digital footprint) yang transparan dan tidak dapat dimodifikasi secara sepihak. Namun, tantangan utama yang ditemukan adalah masih rendahnya literasi digital masyarakat terhadap teknologi yang dianggap kompleks ini.
