Komunikasi Formal dan Nonformal Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Guru dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Sekolah MTS Nur Hasanah

Abstract

A role is an attitude or behavior expected by many people or a group of people towards someone who has a certain status or position. And the existence of women can be understood by various parties, which of course does not forget the role of women in the family, such as the role of wife, husband's companion, control of the family, mother or parent, educator, the first stone of a family's building as well as having a heart full of love and affection and calm as a member of society. Formal communication is communication interaction which is generally official and is completed within formal institutions, through guidelines or instructive nature, formal communication which is very basic through the structure of a company or organization and shows an individual's situation in the company, and shows a person's condition in the administrative structure, practice activities, in terms of event management. Formal and informal communication is communication related to the implementation of work duties and personal activities of individual organizations or companies. In this research, researchers conducted qualitative research, this research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Nur Hasanah which is located on Jalan Garu I No. 28, Harjosari I Village/Subdistrict, Medan Amplas District, Medan Regency/City, North Sumatra, using 2 primary and secondary data sources and with data collection procedures of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that the principal always uses two-way communication, sometimes also the principal as a place for consultation with subordinates, a place to express/plan all ideas, opinions and thoughts for the progress of the school.
