This research aims to describe the implementation of the tahfidz al-Qur'an program in improving the quality of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 9 Langkat. This research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by conducting direct observations, namely: observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions. The results of the research explain that the implementation of the tahfidz al-Qur'an program at MIN 9 Langkat was carried out after school, namely memorizing in the afternoon and murojaah in the evening. The method of tahfidz al-Qur'an is in accordance with what has been determined by Islamic boarding schools combined with the methods of teaching teachers. The development of the Tahfidz al-Qur'an program at MIN 9 Langkat has been going well. There are many things that are done to develop this activity, including having to memorize juzz amma even if you don't follow the tahfidz al-Qur'an program. The head of the madrasa at MIN 9 Langkat plays an active role in developing the tahfidz al-Qur'an program. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with an empirical approach. In this study the authors used collection techniques, namely by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study explain the role of the teacher as a teacher in implementing curriculum learning, namely where the teacher is not only focused on delivering the content of the material, but there are still many other activities that launch the teaching process to achieve effective and efficient goals. This research aims to describe conflict management in preventing bullying and its success in the MTS Al-Ikhwanul Muslimum student environment. This research is descriptive qualitative research taking the background at MTS Al-Ikhwanul Muslimum. Data collection was carried out by conducting direct observations, namely: observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions. The results of the research explain that forms of bullying at MTS Al-Ikhwanul Muslimum are grouped into three categories, namely physical bullying, verbal bullying and mental/psychological bullying. Conflict management in preventing bullying in the MTS Al-Ikhwanul Muslimum student environment is carried out starting from recognizing the problem, namely the forms of bullying that usually occur, the reasons for the bully and who is the victim, planning, namely planning the conflict management that will be carried out. Students will have achievements in academic and non-academic fields, gain knowledge and be able to develop their abilities so that their dreams are achieved. There is good student management in coaching or efforts to guide and direct the potential and abilities of students in the areas of academic and non-academic achievement. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Langkat is one of the formal educational institutions in Langkat Regency. This school is one of the favorite Madrasas in Langkat Regency. This can be seen from academic and non-academic achievements which are getting better and continue to increase from year to year. This research is descriptive in nature using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Testing the validity of the data uses triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of the research are (1) Planning for academic and non-academic achievements according to the National Education System Law, Madrasah Vision and Mission, academic fields, achievement of report cards and selection of achievements in each subject. (2) Implementation of academic and non-academic achievements. Admissions student selection. The maximum number of prospective students accepted is 324 students, divided into 9 classes. PPDB procedures consist of forming a committee, socialization, implementation, selection, announcement of accepted students, observation of student talents. PPDB is carried out continuously every year in April. Before PPDB, Pantia socialized it to the community and distributed brochures to Madrasah Tsanawiyah equivalents in the form of promotions and conditions for prospective students. The next stage is observation to see the students' abilities, then 3 days later the selection results are announced. (3) Evaluation of academic and non-academic achievements. The results showed that; (1) Homeroom teachers have carried out their role even though it has not been maximized. But the homeroom teacher still tries to achieve the objectives of classroom management effectively and efficiently, this can be seen from several strategies that have been carried out by homeroom teachers in classroom management including; First, decorating the classroom with student works, Second, prioritizing student activeness, Third, using several approaches to influence students in classroom management, Fourth, rolling seating arrangements, and Fifth, using learning media. (2) The role of homeroom teachers in classroom managerial has been going well and needs to be improved in order to achieve goals effectively and efficiently as desired. The homeroom teacher's role in managing the class, managing students is fully entrusted by the principal to each homeroom teacher.
