This research aims to describe the implementation of the tahfidz al-Qur'an program in improving the quality of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 9 Langkat. This research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by conducting direct observations, namely: observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions. The results of the research explain that the implementation of the tahfidz al-Qur'an program at MIN 9 Langkat was carried out after school, namely memorizing in the afternoon and murojaah in the evening. The method of tahfidz al-Qur'an is in accordance with what has been determined by Islamic boarding schools combined with the methods of teaching teachers. The development of the Tahfidz al-Qur'an program at MIN 9 Langkat has been going well. There are many things that are done to develop this activity, including having to memorize juzz amma even if you don't follow the tahfidz al-Qur'an program. The head of the madrasa at MIN 9 Langkat plays an active role in developing the tahfidz al-Qur'an program. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with an empirical approach. In this study the authors used collection techniques, namely by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study explain the role of the teacher as a teacher in implementing curriculum learning, namely where the teacher is not only focused on delivering the content of the material, but there are still many other activities that launch the teaching process to achieve effective and efficient goals. One of them is by the way the teacher must be able to create fun and conducive learning. The role of the teacher as a mentor where his role must understand about learning habits and understanding of the potential talents and interests that children have. This study aims to describe the management of interest and talent development at MTs Tarbiyah Islamiyah Hinai Kiri, extracurricular programs at MTs Tarbiyah Islamiyah Hinai Kiri, management of interest and talent development through extracurricular programs at MTs Tarbiyah Islamiyah Hinai Kiri. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Respondents in this study were the principal, extracurricular coordinator, coach, and students of MTs Tarbiyah Islamiyah Hinai Kiri. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The final results of the study show that: Management of the development of interests and talents at MTs Tarbiyah Islamiyah Hinai Kiri is done as much as possible to facilitate and serve students in order to produce students who are in accordance with educational goals, Extracurricular programs at MTs Tarbiyah Islamiyah Hinai Kiri are accommodating the needs and pleasures of students according to the interests and talents they have, Management of the development of interests and talents through extracurricular activities at MTs Tarbiyah Islamiyah activities are managed directly by the field of student affairs. One way that schools can use to prevent bullying is to implement conflict management. This research aims to describe conflict management in preventing bullying and its success in the MTS Al-Ikhwanul Muslimum student environment. This research is descriptive qualitative research taking the background at MTS Al-Ikhwanul Muslimum. Data collection was carried out by conducting direct observations, namely: observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions. The results of the research explain that forms of bullying at MTS Al-Ikhwanul Muslimum are grouped into three categories, namely physical bullying, verbal bullying and mental/psychological bullying. Conflict management in preventing bullying in the MTS Al-Ikhwanul Muslimum student environment is carried out starting from recognizing the problem, namely the forms of bullying that usually occur, the reasons for the bully and who is the victim, planning, namely planning the conflict management that will be carried out. Conflict management planning, namely setting the stage for preventing, resolving and controlling bullying that occurs, implementing conflict management, namely by resolving conflicts between perpetrators of bullying and victims of bullying and taking steps so that bullying can be overcome, supervision, namely by supervising the resolution of conflicts between perpetrators of bullying and victims of bullying and supervising the program is planned so that it runs well and evaluation of conflict management is by examining it more deeply so that any deficiencies in the conflict management process in preventing bullying can be corrected.
