The lack of socialization of the system for accepting new students to prospective students and their parents, giving rise to confusion. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were Madrasah heads and Islamic religious teachers. Method of collecting data by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique goes through the stages of the data collection process, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion presentation. The results of the research show that public relations planning in improving the quality of new student admissions can be demonstrated by the presence of public relations planning in increasing the acceptance of new students at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Modern Taajussalam Langkat can be demonstrated by: (a) socializing from the MTS/SMP level and distributing brochures ( b) planning student level competitions, and (c) creating a concept for planning a Ramdhan safari program or da'wah safari. Public Relations Implementation Also carries out programs in the form of Al-Quran recitation class coaching activities for MTQ competitions and Ramadhan safari programs and da'wah safari programs precisely on the 10th night of Ramadhan from mosque to mosque in villages around Besilam Village and throughout Tanjung Pura sub-district. The aim of the Ramadhan Safari Program and missionary safari program is as a form of spreading the word of Islam. This Safari is also a form of promotion for the Taajussalaam Langkat Modern Islamic Boarding School Madrasah Aliyah, especially ahead of the Acceptance of New Students. The results of interviews conducted by the author show that the principal often shows a good personality to all teachers, students and the entire community living around the school. The principal's role as a supervisor tries as much as possible in carrying out supervision activities. The type of research carried out in this research is qualitative. Meanwhile, information collection is carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects in this thesis are madrasa heads and madrasa teachers. The results of the research are the role of the madrasa head as a supervisor in planning a supervision program to increase teacher professionalism at MAS Taajussalaam Besilam, namely by observing teacher performance after being supervised. This research is intended to answer the problems: (1) How are the efforts of boarding school administrators in shaping the entrepreneurial spirit of students at Al Fath Modern Islamic Boarding School? (2) How is the entrepreneurial spirit of students of Al Fath Modern Islamic Boarding School? (3) What are the inhibiting and supporting factors of boarding school management in instilling entrepreneurial values of students at Al Fath Modern Islamic Boarding School? The author uses qualitative research conducted directly in the field (field reserch). Then the results of the study are described based on data obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, with caregivers, administrators and students at the Modern Al Fath Islamic Boarding School. The results showed that: (1) Planning in instilling entrepreneurial values of students at the Al Fath Modern Islamic Boarding School. In planning, students are introduced to entrepreneurial units that will be managed at the Al Fath Modern Islamic Boarding School including: Merchandise. (2) Implementation of instilling entrepreneurial values of students at Al Fath Modern Islamic Boarding School. In the implementation to instil entrepreneurial jiwakewirausahaan on the students taught practice directly by giving education training entrepreneurial skills. (3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors to instil the entrepreneurial values of students at the Modern Islamic Boarding School Al Fath. The research results explain that independent curriculum management at MIN 2 Langkat starts from planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. The principal's strategy in implementing the independent curriculum at MIN 2 Langkat is by doing various things including: teachers and principals learning independently through the independent teaching platform, teachers and principals learning the independent curriculum by following the webinar series, teachers and principals learning the independent curriculum in learning community, teachers and principals learn practice through recommended sources and teachers and madrasah principals utilize the helpdesk to get more information. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions. The results of the research explain that the superior educational programs offered by the Babussalam Tanjung Pura Modern Islamic Boarding School are religious development programs, village entry student programs, study tour programs, student skills programs, self-development for students, Indonesian Arabic and English language programs. The leadership strategy in creating superior education at the Babussalam Tanjung Pura Modern Islamic Boarding School is strict selection of prospective students, having teaching staff appropriate to their field, creating programs that make the Modern Islamic Boarding School superior, having a training program for teachers, the Modern Islamic Boarding School must have clear vision and mission, as well as good communication between leadership and members. Promotion of education carried out at the Babussalam Tanjung Pura Modern Islamic Boarding School is by distributing brochures, making billboards, holding promotional events at other schools, making discount promos, word of mouth promotions and promotions on social media. The six pillars analyzed include: (1) educator and educational staff management, (2) curriculum and learning management, (3) facilities and infrastructure management, (4) student and alumni management, (5) conflict management, and (6) culture and environment management. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method through a multi-case study design across several pesantren with diverse characteristics. Data were collected via participant observation, in-depth interviews with pesantren leaders, teachers (ustadz), and administrative staff, as well as documentation studies related to institutional policies.</em> <em>The findings reveal that institutional quality in pesantren is not determined by the excellence of a single aspect alone, but through a harmonious synergy among managerial component. Therefore, this study aims to determine the most suitable strategies for attracting student interest and motivation to learn. To achieve the goal of increasing student motivation, greater efforts are needed to select and implement learning strategies that align with the competencies to be achieved. This study used a descriptive analysis approach through data collection methods. Data collection was conducted through literature review through journals and books. To increase student learning motivation, it is necessary to select appropriate learning strategies, taking into account the characteristics of the objectives and content of the subject. The analysis results show a significant influence of learning strategies on increasing student interest and motivation to learn. This influence has an impact on students who were previously passive and become active learners, as well as on improving student learning outcomes. Each learning strategy has a different impact on student learning motivation.
