Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Negeri 1 Brandan Barat

Abstract

This study aims to analyse: (1) How is Human Resources Development in SMA Negeri 1 Brandan Barat, (2) How is the Quality Improvement of Islamic Education in SMA Negeri 1 Brandan Barat, (3) How is Human Resources Development towards Improving the Quality of Islamic Education in SMA Negeri 1 Brandan Barat. This type of research is qualitative research, with field research. This research is conducted by going directly to the research location that has been determined to obtain data in this study, namely data related to Human Resource Development towards Improving the Quality of Islamic Education at SMA Negeri 1 Brandan Barat. The purpose of this research is to make a description or description, properties, and relationships between the phenomena investigated. The results of this study include: (1) Teacher HR Development at SMA Negeri 1 Brandan Barat has been carried out by the head of the madrasa, the strategy carried out by the principal in developing the teacher's HR is by creating a madrasah-based, district-based, and province-based MGMP forum. (2) The role of teachers includes providing direction and motivation for understanding Islamic religious education, facilitating the achievement of goals through independent learning experiences, and assisting the development of students' personal aspects, (3) The increase in the quality of Islamic religious education learning in SMA Negeri 1 Brandan Barat is quite large although sometimes there are students in the learning process who tend to be less enthusiastic and passive so that this will affect the activeness and interest of student learning, for example in a discussion there are still students who do not participate in both asking and answering and demanding the possibility of students playing around during the teaching and learning process.
