Strategi Pembelajaran Individual Dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas VII Pada Mata Pelajaran PAI di SMP IT Swasta Brandan Barat Tahun Ajaran 2023-2024

Individual learning strategy is a learning strategy implemented to improve the learning outcomes of class VII students in PAI subjects at Brandan Barat Private IT Middle School. The subjects of this research were 28 class VII students of West Brandan Private IT Middle School. This research was carried out in two cycles, where each cycle consisted of planning, acting, observing and reflecting. From the analysis of the data that the author obtained, it is known that the initial condition was that in class VII of the West Brandan Private IT Middle School, there was a problem, namely that the student learning outcomes in PAI subject matter for congregational prayer were low and far from the Minimum Completeness Criteria set by the Madrasah. In the pre-cycle implementation, the average student score was 62.86 with a total of 32.14% completeness. Then cycle I was carried out, from the classroom action research data carried out there was an increase in the average score in cycle I to 71.07 with a total of 57.14% completeness. Continuing to the second cycle of action, in this action there was another increase, namely the average student score was 84.29 with a total of 92.86% completeness. This shows that the individual learning strategy that the researcher used was able to increase the understanding of PAI lessons regarding congregational prayer for class VII SMP IT Swasta Brandan Barat students. 92.86% of students have completed and have passed the minimum threshold of 85%.
