Abstract

This research aims to analyse: (1) Islamic Education in Madrasah Aliyah Alwashliyah P.Berandan, (2) Human Resource Management of Madrasah Aliyah Alwashliyah P.Berandan, (3) Development of Islamic Education Based on Human Resource Management in Madrasah Aliyah Alwashliyah P.Berandan. This type of research is qualitative research, with field research (Field Research). This research was conducted by going directly to the research location that has been determined to obtain data in this study, namely data related to the Development of Islamic Education Based on Human Resources Management at Madrasah Aliyah Alwashliyah P. Berandan. The results of this research include: (1) Islamic education at Madrasah Aliyah Alwashliyah P. Berandan has an important role in instilling Islamic values in students. Islamic education at Madrasah Aliyah Alwashliyah P. Berandan is implemented by referring to the curriculum established by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, including the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning stage involves the preparation of an annual programme plan and the preparation of infrastructure. The implementation of Islamic religious education involves classroom learning activities and religious habituation activities. Evaluation is conducted through madrasah evaluation meetings and midterm and end-of-semester exams for students. (2) Islamic education at Madrasah Aliyah Alwashliyah P. Berandan has an important role in instilling Islamic values in students. Islamic education at Madrasah Aliyah Alwashliyah P. Berandan is implemented by referring to the curriculum established by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, including the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of Islamic religious education involves classroom learning activities and religious habituation activities. Evaluation is conducted through madrasah evaluation meetings and mid-semester and end-of-semester exams for students, (3) The madrasah head has shown a high commitment to improving the quality of Islamic religious education educators. There is a well-structured and planned plan, referring to andragogic development theory, and involving various stages such as needs analysis, goal setting, and identification of learning principles. Although there are some obstacles, such as the domicile of education personnel who are far away, limited financial resources, and teacher performance that has not been optimal. These factors become obstacles in achieving educational development goals. However, regular efforts in implementing human resource development activities, such as MGMP and KKG, show that madrasahs are trying to overcome these obstacles.
