Abstract

.Effectiveness of Madrasah Head Supervision in Developing Teachers' Teaching Competence at Private MTs Yaspen Muslim, Central Pematang.The problem found at the research location was that there were still private MTs Yaspen Muslim teachers who prioritized personal matters in their teaching activities. Apart from that, some teachers at the Yaspen Muslim Private MTs have not made maximum efforts to improve the quality of education, this is proven by the teachers' opportunities to teach only being limited to fulfilling formal responsibilities as educators and tending to just teach and there is no strong emotional bond in teaching activities. The aim of this research is: To find out the supervision carried out at the Yaspen Muslim Private MTs, Central Pematang Village. To find out how the implementation of supervision can increase teacher professionalism at the Yaspen Muslim Private MTs in Pematang Tengah Village. The conclusion of this research is: The implementation of supervision is based on the fact that teachers are still not optimal in the learning process which is not yet running optimally, this can be seen from the effectiveness of learning carried out by teachers in the learning process carried out by teachers who still do not meet competency. -teacher professionalism competency. Thus, the supervision of the principal at MTS Yaspem Muslim has played a good role.
