Abstract

Library Management in improving the quality of education. The problem statement in this research is: How is the library management at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Langkat? How to improve the quality of education at Madrash Aliyah in Negeri 2 Langkat? How does library management improve the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Langkat? This research has the following objectives: To find out library management at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Langkat. To find out about improving the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Langkat. To find out about library management in improving education at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Langkat. The conclusion of this research is: The implementation of library management at MAN 2 Langkat has been carried out optimally, namely by ongoing management between the head of the madrasah by coordinating with the assistant teacher to the head of the Madrasah in the field of libraries. This management is through the implementation of library management as a learning resource and student learning reference. That learning by actively involving students to carry out learning activities through student-centred techniques has been implemented through maximum library management so that the quality of student learning has increased student interest and motivation to make the library a place for collecting information and Library Research.
