Penggunaan Media Digital Youtube dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Akidah Akhlak Siswa Kelas X MAS Al Washliyah Pangkalan Berandan

Abstract

This study aims: (a) To find out how before the use of digital media YouTube in improving the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education subjects of faith and morals in class X students of MAS Al Washliyah Pangkalan Brandan, (b) To find out how to implement the use of digital media YouTube and in improving the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education subjects of faith and morals in class X students of MAS Al Washliyah Pangkalan Brandan, (c) To find out how after the use of digital media YouTube in improving the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education subjects of faith and morals in class X students of MAS Al Washliyah Pangkalan Brandan. This study uses a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, with the research subjects being 40 students of class X MAS Al Washliyah Pangkalan Brandan. The required data was obtained using a multiple-choice test which was carried out twice. Learning outcome test I was given after action I, learning outcome test II was given after action II. The learning outcomes of Islamic religious education from the initial classical completeness test were obtained 45% (18 students). Student learning outcomes in cycle I before using Youtube media, the percentage of completeness was 80% (32 students). After providing teaching actions through Youtube digital media learning media, student learning outcomes in cycle II obtained classical completeness of 100% or 40 people. Teacher teaching activities in cycle I were good with an average value of 3.23 and in cycle II were very good with an average value of 3.66. Teacher communication skills in cycle I ran well and effectively with an average value of 2.4. And in cycle II, teacher communication skills with an average value of 2.9. By seeing the classical percentage has reached ≥ 85%, then this class can be declared classically complete. Therefore, Youtube digital media learning media can improve student learning outcomes on the material of aqidah akhlak in class X MAS Al Washliyah Pangkalan Berandan, Langkat Regency.
