UPAYA PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DENGAN METODE DRILL PADA MATERI KHUTBAH DI KELAS XI SMK NEGERI 1 TANJUNG PURA

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of grade XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Pura due to the lack of teachers in the use of learning methods. This study aims to determine the improvement of students' Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes with the drill method on sermon material in class XI SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Pura. This research uses a type of classroom action research or called Classroom Action Research. The subjects in the classroom action research conducted by the researcher are all grade XI students majoring in TBSM at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Pura totaling 30 students. The research procedures carried out include Planning, Action, Observation and Reflection activities. The results showed that the average pre-cycle score was 63 with classical completeness of 33.3%. In the first cycle, an average score of 90 was obtained with the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes classically only 46.7%. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes was classically only 83.3% with an average score of 79. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a good improvement in the learning outcomes of grade XI students with the drill method on sermon material at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Pura.
