This study aims to determine the application of the visual auditory kinesthetic (VAK) model in improving the learning achievement of grade VIII students in fiqh subjects at Private MTs Darussa'adah Pangkalan Susu. This research uses a type of classroom action research or called Classroom Action Research. The subjects in the classroom action research conducted by the researcher were all grade VIII students at the Darussa'adah Private MTs Pangkalan Susu which amounted to 26 students. The research procedures carried out include Planning, Action, Observation and Reflection activities. The results of the study showed that the average pre-cycle score was 63 with classical completeness of 36.2%. In the first cycle, an average score of 70 was obtained with the percentage of completeness of student learning achievement classically only 46.2%. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, the percentage of completeness of student learning achievement was only 80.8% with an average score of 79. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the visual auditory kinesthetic (VAK) model can improve student learning achievement in fiqh subjects for grade VIII students of Private MTs Darussa'adah Pangkalan Susu.
