Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising at MIS Halwani Gebang. The approach used is qualitative with field research methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using validation techniques, data reduction, and data presentation. The focus of this research is to evaluate how the four management functions are implemented in school management. The results showed that the implementation of management functions at MIS Halwani Gebang experienced several challenges. 1) In terms of planning, the madrasah head has involved various parties in developing short, medium and long term strategies, but there are several aspects that have not been implemented optimally. 2) Organizing is done well through a clear division of tasks and developing teacher competence through training. 3) The implementation function includes managing activities in accordance with planning, but coordination between parties has not run smoothly. 4) In supervision, although there are efforts to supervise the programs that have been implemented, more intensive supervision is still needed to ensure the effectiveness of program implementation.
