PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PICTURE AND PICTURE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS III MIN 4 LANGKAT TAHUN PELAJARAN 2024-2025

This research is motivated by the low science learning outcomes of grade III students in MIN 4 Langkat due to the lack of innovation of teachers in the application of the learning model. This study aims to determine the application of the picture and picture model in improving the learning outcomes of science students in grade III in science subjects in MIN 4 Langkat. This research uses a type of classroom action research or called Classroom Action Research. The subjects in the classroom action research conducted by the researcher were all grade III students in MIN 4 Langkat totaling 26 students. The research procedures carried out include Planning, Action, Observation and Reflection activities. The results showed that the average pre-cycle score was 55 with classical completeness of 15.4%. In the first cycle, an average score of 68 was obtained with the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes classically only 42.3%. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes was only 84.6% with an average score of 77. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the picture and picture model can improve the learning outcomes of science students in grade III MIN 4 Langkat.
