IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PENGELOLAAN SANTRI DALAM MEMBINA DAN MENGEMBANGKAN MINAT BAKAT DAN KREATIFITAS SENI KALIGRAFI DI SANGGAR AL-JAUZAA’

Abstract

Muhammad Ridwan Marbun (0157.4.18/018.06.1.1.2.1.1446) Implementation of Santri Management in Fostering and Developing Interest, Talent and Creativity in Calligraphy Art at Al-Jauzaa' Calligraphy Art Studio. This thesis discusses Samata to find out the obstacles or obstacles in improving the development of students at the al-jauzaa' calligraphy art studio. The results of this research show that there are four implementations of management at the Al-Jauzaa Island Calligraphy Art Studio in improving the development of students, namely: 1) Planning, 2) Organizing, the organizing carried out by the Al-Jauzaa calligraphy art studio, namely; through dividing their respective duties and assigning executors to carry out their duties; 3) Mobilization carried out by the Al-Jauzaa' Calligraphy Studio, namely; a) Santri Approach; b) Parental Approach, 4) Supervision, namely that each teacher and supervisor during the teaching and learning process takes place, the teacher and supervisor really guides and educates their students; Meanwhile, the obstacles/obstacles in improving the development of students at the Al-Jauzaa' Calligraphy Art Studio are: 1) Lack of educational staff 2) Lack of skills and naughty students (Santri/Students) 3) Lack of facilities or equipment.The implication of this research is that it is hoped that the head of the foundation will improve the management function, so that it can make it easier for the students to teach their students. This research can help the Al-Jauzaa Calligraphy Art Studio to find out the obstacles/obstacles in implementing management to improve the development of students..
