PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA SOSIAL YOUTUBE TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN FIQIH KELAS XI MAS AL WASHLIYAH PANGKALAN BERANDAN

Abstract

The background to this research is that learning is still teacher-centered using the lecture method. This causes low student learning outcomes, so the method used to overcome these problems is to use Youtube as a medium. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by using Youtube. This research was conducted in Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al Washliyah Pangkalan Berandan. The media used in this research is quantitative research with a sample of 22 students of class XI Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al Washliyah Pangkalan Berandan. The instruments used were observation sheets, interview sheets and Fikih learning outcomes tests. The results showed that student learning activities experienced significant changes and the average pretest was 69.35% and posttest was 95.40%. Based on these results, it can be proven that the use of Youtube media is effective in improving fikih learning outcomes.
