This research aims to analyze the implementation and implementation in an effort to improve learning outcomes in Islamic religious education through the two-stay, two-guest strategy of the office management automation class at the Tanjung Pura 1 State Vocational Middle School. Where students become research subjects, with data analysis techniques which include data collection, reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of research on student learning outcomes in the first cycle of students obtained an average score of 82 with 17 students or 70.83% who received a complete score, and 7 students or 29.17% who received an incomplete score. We can see that in cycle I, the average score was 70, the score obtained by students increased compared to the score obtained before using the cycle (pre-test), namely, the average score obtained was 1681, with 6 students or 25 % who have reached the minimum criteria and 18 students who have not reached the minimum criteria. In cycle II the average score obtained with 21 students or 87.5% who received a complete score, and 3 students or 12.5% who received an incomplete score. Based on the explanation above, it shows that with two stay two stray in Islamic religious education subjects implementing the two stay two guest strategy can improve student learning achievement, especially in the material in the office management automation class. It can be concluded that the two stay two stray strategy can improve the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education for state vocational high school students in Tanjung Pura.
