Abstract

This research is motivated by the low creativity of teachers in developing diverse learning media. This study aims to find out the creativity of fiqh teachers in the development of diverse media and the factors that support and hinder fiqh teachers in the development of diverse media in MTs Teladan Gebang. This type of research is a field research with a qualitative approach. The participants in this study are the head of the madrasah, the teacher of fiqh subjects and 2 students. The data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data analysis, namely data reduction, data display, and conclustion drawing/verivication. The results of this study show that the creativity of teachers in the Fiqh learning process is quite good, because Fiqh teachers are able to: design and prepare teaching materials/subject matter, managing classes, using several learning methods, using learning media, and carrying out learning evaluations appropriately. The creativity of teachers in the Fiqh learning process is influenced by several supporting factors, namely (1) The ability of teachers to optimize the facilities and infrastructure in the school well; (2) There is cooperation between fellow teachers; (4) Conducive environmental conditions. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the difference in students and the lack of sufficient time.
