Abstract

Learning strategy is a way to facilitate the learning process and is also an effort to achieve success and success in achieving the objectives of learning. This study is useful to determine the strategy of Islamic religious education teachers in raising awareness of establishing congregational prayers in students at SMA Negeri 1 Hinai. The results of the study obtained during the study at SMA Negeri 1 Hinai regarding the Strategy of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Raising Awareness of Dhuhr Prayer in Congregation in Grade XI Students at SMA Negeri 1 Hinai show that, First: most of the students have had awareness both from within themselves. Second: Educators have provided various strategies or patterns to students to increase awareness of establishing Dhuhr prayer in congregation at school, including educators providing habituation strategies through congregational Dhuhr prayer at school, providing guidance, information and conducting lectures, recitation or yasinan and teachers acting as motivators by providing motivation to students to increase student awareness. Third, factors supporting educators in raising students' awareness of performing congregational Dhuhr prayers include Islamic activities at school. Meanwhile, factors hindering Islamic religious education educators in raising students' awareness of performing congregational Dhuhr prayers at SMA Negeri 1 Hinai stem from internal factors within the students themselves.
