This research is motivated by the rapid technological transformation in the Society 5.0 era, which encourages Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to shift from cash to digital payment systems for the sake of efficiency and security. This study aims to analyze the influence of implementing the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) on increasing digital transactions among MSME customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Pangkalan Berandan. The research methodology employs a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to MSME respondents who are customers of BSI KCP Pangkalan Berandan. Prior to analysis, the research instrument underwent validity and reliability testing and fulfilled the requirements of classical assumption tests, including normality and heteroskedasticity tests. The results indicate that the implementation of QRIS among MSME customers is categorized as "Excellent," driven by ease of access and transaction speed. The use of QRIS is significantly proven to increase digital transactions through an automated recording system that minimizes human error and reduces dependence on physical cash. Statistically, the t-test results confirm a positive and significant influence of QRIS utilization on the increase of digital transactions ($sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R2) shows that QRIS utilization contributes 79.6% to the digital transaction variable, while the remaining 20.4% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study
