PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT CITIZEN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN PKN DI KELAS V MIN 4 LANGKAT

The use of citizen projects in presenting Civics material in Elementary Schools is important to implement, considering that at the Elementary School level students must be instilled to dare to express their opinions. This learning model is applied to improve learning outcomes in Civics subjects in class V of MIN 4 Langkat. The subjects of this study were 28 students in class V-B. In accordance with the type of problem, this study uses Classroom Action Research (CAR), this study was conducted in two cycles, where each cycle consists of planning (planning), action (acting), observation (observing), and reflection (reflecting). The results of the study explain the learning outcomes of students in the subject of Civics before using the project citizen learning model in class V MIN 4 Langkat based on the initial test results obtained from 28 students, only 15 students (53.57%) have achieved the level of student learning completion with a KKTP score of 70. While 13 students (46.43%) have not achieved the level of learning completion with a KKTP score of 70. The average value of the Pre-Test results before implementing the project citizen learning model is 66.07 and classically learning is said to be incomplete. The learning outcomes of students in the subject of Civics after using the project citizen learning model in class V MIN 4 Langkat in cycle I the average value is 75.18 with the number of students who completed 20 students (71.43%) and those who have not completed 8 students (28.57%) and in cycle II the average value is 85.54 with the number of students who completed 26 students (92.86%) and those who have not completed 2 students (7.14%). The application of the project citizen learning model in the subject of PKN for students in class V MIN 4 Langkat with the material Norma Dalam Kehidupanku involves systematic steps starting from identifying problems, choosing problems as class studies, collecting information, developing portfolios, presenting portfolios, to reflecting on learning experiences. The application of the project citizen learning model in improving student learning outcomes in the subject of PKN in class V MIN 4 Langkat, Students who have completed have exceeded 85%, namely 92.86% and the average student score of 85.54 exceeds the KKTP score of 70.
