This study aims to analyze the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the learning process at SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Pura. The focus of the research includes planning, organizing, and managing facilities and infrastructure. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, where data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with research subjects including the principal, vice principal for infrastructure, teachers, and students. The results showed that, 1) In planning facilities and infrastructure, needs analysis involves teachers and stakeholders, while procurement is based on a priority scale. The source of the budget comes from donors, BOS funds, community fingers, and school efforts, which are allocated for building construction and educational operations. 2) Organizing is done through the distribution of goods by the vice principal for infrastructure with the help of teachers and administrative staff, as well as structuring according to the needs submitted in the proposal. 3) Management involves regular maintenance of facilities and infrastructure and transparent record keeping to ensure prioritized use. Although infrastructure facilities such as science laboratories and computers are adequate, their management still requires more competent human resources. This research confirms the importance of effective management of facilities and infrastructure to create an optimal learning process. Careful planning, structured organization, and ongoing maintenance are needed to support the success of education at SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Pura.
