IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM TAUSIAH DALAM PENINGKATAN PENGUASAAN MATERI AKIDAH AKHLAK SISWA KELAS VII DI MTS DARUL HIKMAH PANGKALAN BRANDAN

Abstract

In an effort to improve the mastery of the material on the subject of aqidah akhlak owned by students, teachers must have programs or activities that can improve this. One of the programs or activities that can be carried out is religious tausiah delivered by students, because in the tausiah program students are required to deliver lectures or preaching related to the content of the subject matter of aqidah akhlak taught. one of the teachers of the subject of aqidah akhlak who has carried out this program is at MTS Darul Hikmah Pangkalan Brandan, precisely in class VII. This research is included in qualitative research that is descriptive. The data in this study were obtained through interviews with the principal, vice curriculum, subject teachers of aqidah akhlak and students of class VII MTS Darul Hikmah Pangkalan Brandan. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain the implementation of the tausiah program in improving the mastery of the material of aqidah akhlak of class VII students at MTS Darul Hikmah Pangkalan Brandan, namely by providing examples of implementing tausiah to students, determining the theme or material in the tausiah that must be delivered by students, determining the time for delivering the tausiah, determining the method of tausiah, the implementation of the tausiah by students and the giving of grades that I do from the tausiah carried out by students. Obstacles to the implementation of the tausiah program in improving the mastery of the material of aqidah akhlak of class VII students at MTS Darul Hikmah Pangkalan Brandan are the limited hours of aqidah akhlak lessons, students pay less attention when their friends are delivering tausiah and students who are embarrassed or go blank when delivering tausiah in front of the class. The solution implemented by the teacher was to limit the time for the sermon to a maximum of 5 minutes, prohibit students from memorizing when they were already in class, and take a personal approach by providing encouragement to increase students' self-confidence. The success of the implementation of the sermon program in improving the mastery of the material on faith and morals of class VII students at MTS Darul Hikmah Pangkalan Brandan at MTS Darul Hikmah Pangkalan Brandan was very good, seeing the completion of class VII-A and class VII-B students in the Mid-Semester Exam of more than 90%.
