Konsep Pendidikan Anak Dalam Islam Perspektif Abdullah Nashih Ulwan

Abstract

Children are the jewel of the heart, the anchor of the soul and the hope for the future. He is the source of his parents' love. A true parent will definitely sacrifice whatever he has for his child. And they definitely want their children to grow up to be pious and devout, and successful in their studies and in life. That path is: good education (tarbiyah). And the first and main educator for a child is his own parents. The type of research is Library Research research. The data collection method is by using literature (library) both from the book Tarbiyatul Aulad Fil Islam: (translated by Emiel Ahmad) by Abdullah Nashih Ulwan. Results of research regarding children's education in Islam according to Dr. Abdullah Nashih Ulwan, this great scholar, educator and international Islamic movement activist, has filled the void in the Islamic literature of comprehensive Islamic education books. This book also explains that Islam has a great educational system and methods to improve the conditions of society. The discussion in it relates to the responsibilities of educators, namely: responsibility for faith education, responsibility for moral education, responsibility for physical education, responsibility for social education, and responsibility for intellectual education.
