Abstract

To find out how the madrasa supervisor system is implemented to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education in Man 2 Langkat, to find out what the quality of Islamic Religious Education is in Man 2 Langkat, and to find out what the role of madrasa supervisors is in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education in Man 2 Langkat. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative, the location and object of this research are in Man 2 Langkat, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and document analysis. The data analysis technique is a qualitative research method. The results of the research show that the role of madrasa supervisors in improving Islamic religious education in Man 2 Langkat is very significant because supervisors are generally one of the competent parties in improving the quality of education, especially Islamic Religious Education, then supervisors have also carried out their duties to the maximum extent possible by preparing plans, supervision, monitoring, school and class visits. The efforts made by madrasa supervisors are to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education by holding Subject Teacher Conferences (MGMP), seminars and workshops. So, from the guidance carried out, it can be seen that the quality of Islamic Religious Education in Man 2 Langkat is still in good condition because supervisors do not only emphasize cognitive aspects but how Islamic religious values ​​can be actualized by students in their daily lives day.
