Implementasi Program Muhadharah Dalam Menumbuhkan Karakter Kepercayaan Diri Peserta Didik di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al Ikhwan Assalam Serapuh ABC

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Muhadharah program at Pondok Pesantren Modern Al Ikhwan Assalam Serapuh ABC in fostering the character of self-confidence of students. Through a qualitative approach, this research involves students and pesantren administrators as research subjects, with data analysis techniques that include data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed three main findings. 1) The implementation of Muhadharah which is held every month is able to train the courage of students to speak in public, overcome the fears and anxieties they experience. 2) There is a significant increase in the level of self-confidence of santri, where those who were initially shy become more courageous to appear in public and more open in communicating. 3) Efforts to foster santri confidence in Muhadharah activities at Pondok Pesantren Modern Al Ikhwan Assalam Serapuh ABC involve administrators who routinely remind santri to practice and prepare tasks according to schedule. Support between students and self-motivation is also strengthened to increase enthusiasm in participating in a series of activities. Factors that need to be considered in shaping self-confidence include love, security, role models, knowledge, and social relationships.
