Based on the results of observations conducted by the author at the research location, the author found facts in the field that the Quran Memorization program has not been implemented using the Quran reading corner learning at the Hujjaturrahmah Islamic Boarding School, so that teachers of the Quran and Hadith studies can only carry out Quran learning according to the time allocation and learning media in accordance with the 2013 curriculum implemented at the Islamic boarding school. So the author formulates the problem, namely How is the implementation of the Reading Corner in the learning and teaching activities of the Quran and Hadith studies of grade VII students of the Hujjaturrahmah Islamic Boarding School, Tanjung Pura. After conducting in-depth interviews and observations and directly conducted with the resource persons. Thus, the author concludes that: The implementation of the Al-Qur'an reading corner as a teacher strategy to improve students' ability to memorize the Al-Qur'an is that teachers do not use special methods but use their own methods that are mastered by students. In the learning process, teachers use learning strategies based on the results of the learning plan, learning implementation and learning evaluation. In the learning planning process, teachers have no difficulty in planning learning but plan learning using a simple RPP that is not in accordance with KI and KD. While in the learning implementation process, teachers have no difficulty when the memorization learning process takes place, because teachers do not use special methods when students memorize. So teachers only listen and correct their students during tahsin or memorization of the Al-Qur'an when implementing the Al-Qur'an reading corner.
