Teacher observations in Cycle I scored 75% (sufficient) and increased to 85.71% (good) in Cycle II. Similarly, student activities improved from a score of 73.33 in Cycle I to 90 in Cycle II. There is also a difference in the motivation of Grade X students at MAN 2 Langkat before and after the classroom action research using differentiated learning.
