Manajemen Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di MTs Taajussalaam

Abstract

Schools that have high quality have principals who have a good management strategy, their duties and functions as school principals help and encourage, and motivate teachers in improving the quality of education. This study aims to (1) find out how the principal's strategy is in improving the quality of education in schools (2) to find out what are the supporting factors facing school principals in improving the quality of education (3) to find out what are the inhibiting factors facing school principals in increasing the quality of education at MTs Taajussalaam. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method, which is limited to an attempt to reveal a problem or situation or event as it is so that it reveals facts and gives an objective picture of the actual situation of the object under study. The approach used in this study is using a field research approach, namely researchers conducting observations at research locations, conducting interviews and conducting documentation. This means that researchers must go directly into the field to find out the principal's management strategy in improving the quality of education at MTs Taajussalam.
