Manajemen Pengembangan Kompetensi Profesional Guru di SMA Negeri 1 Model Tanjung Pura

This research aims to determine the management of teacher professionalism competency development. This research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data collection using interviews, observation and documentation studies. Analyze the data by means of purely descriptive interpretation. The results of this research show that SMA Negeri 1 Model Tanjung Pura supports sustainable professional competency development by planning educational qualification programs for educators, certification programs, MGMP empowerment programs, continuous professional development programs, educational supervision programs, IHT (In House Training), seminars, workshops, teacher meeting, lesson study. These programs were implemented effectively and efficiently, this is proven by the results of developing the professional competence of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Model Tanjung Pura.
