Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain information or data related to: 1) Marketing management of Islamic educational institutions in Madrasaha Aliyah Ubudiyah Pangkalan Berandan. 2) Management of Islamic education institutions in Madrasaha Aliyah Ubudiyah Pangkalan Berandan. 3) Marketing management and management of Islamic education institutions at Madrasaha Aliyah Ubudiyah Pangkalan Berandan. The method used in this research is educational research using a field study approach (field research) by making observations at the research location. The methods used to collect data in this study are interviews, observations and documents to describe the data obtained. The results in this study stated that: 1) Planning of Educational Services Marketing Management the existence of educational services marketing planning activities in meetings held at MA Ubudiyah involving teachers, school principals, school committees, public relations, staff and also homeroom teachers in terms of attracting new students to study at MA Ubudiyah has been developed into a written and detailed plan in the school promotion programme or in marketing the mandrassa. 2) Implementation of Educational Services Marketing Management, the implementation of educational services marketing carried out has been well organised by personnel assigned duties and responsibilities in marketing educational services such as advertising using brochures, banners, pamphlets and promotion using word of mouth as well as through the creation of social media to show all activities in MA Ubudiyah. 3) Evaluation of Educational Services Marketing Management, this evaluation has been carried out by the school and planned and implemented in accordance with planning. The most important thing in marketing this madrasa is how MA Ubudiyah can continue to have a good image in the surrounding community and outside. At this evaluation stage, we measure the success of each plan made by the school or madrasah.
