Kepemimpinan Visioner dalam Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan Anak Sekolah Dasar Berbasis Islam di SDIT Ar-Ridha Desa Pantai Cermin

This study aims to find out how visionary leadership is in improving the quality of children's education in Islamic-based elementary schools at SDIT Ar-Ridha, Pantai Cermin Village. Methodologically, this research is a qualitative research. Data was collected using in-depth interviews, observation and also documentation studies. After the data is collected, its validity is checked through validation standards, namely trust, transferability, dependence and firmness. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, presenting data, and giving conclusions from the research results. The findings in this study are: (1) The principal of SDIT Ar-Ridha applies a visionary leadership model. Where the principal tries to focus on the future and is able to deal with a future that is full of challenges by continuing the vision and mission that has been formed before continuously making improvements, establishing good relations in the internal and external environment, seeking and taking advantage of existing opportunities.(2) ) SDIT Ar-Ridha has implemented learning quality management by going through 3 stages, namely lesson planning, learning implementation, and learning evaluation. (3) The principal here has carried out his role as a visionary principal, namely by communicating the vision to all teachers, students, guardians of students. Motivating teachers to be better at teaching in class.
