Abstract

The problem found is that based on the results of the initial observations that the researchers did, it was seen at MAS Ubudiyah Pangkalan Brandan that in improving the quality of learning, one of the duties of the head of the madrasa was to become a manager, where one of the tasks of the manager was to improve the quality of learning in the madrasa, this attracted attention. researcher at the Madrasah MAS Ubudiyah Pangkalan Brandan. The formulation of the problem in this research is: How is the quality of learning at MTs Ubudiyah Pangkalan Brandan school? What is the form of the managerial creativity of the madrasah principal in improving the quality of learning at MTs Ubudiyah Pangkalan Brandan? What is the madrasa principal's strategy in improving the quality of learning at MTs Ubudiyah Pangkalan Brandan?. The conclusions in this study are: The quality of learning at MAS Ubudiyah Pangkalan Brandan has been running optimally, namely the learning process has been running effectively and efficiently. In addition, the evaluation process for the learning system has been implemented effectively. Improving the quality of learning is not only limited to increasing students' ability to understand learning material cognitively, affectively and psychomotorically. Rather, improving the quality of learning is more integrated into two student competencies, namely academic competence and student personality competence in understanding Islamic religious education in order to form students who have learning achievements and at the same time have morality.
