Strategi Kepala Madrasah Dalam Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di MIN 2 Langkat

In implementing the independent learning curriculum, which is a new curriculum, of course the head of the madrasah must play an active role in the successful implementation and implementation of the curriculum well. This research aims to describe the management of the independent curriculum, the strategy of the madrasa head in implementing the independent learning curriculum and the results of this strategy. This research is descriptive qualitative research taking the background at MIN 2 Langkat. Data collection was carried out by conducting direct observations, namely: observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions. The research results explain that independent curriculum management at MIN 2 Langkat starts from planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. The principal's strategy in implementing the independent curriculum at MIN 2 Langkat is by doing various things including: teachers and principals learning independently through the independent teaching platform, teachers and principals learning the independent curriculum by following the webinar series, teachers and principals learning the independent curriculum in learning community, teachers and principals learn practice through recommended sources and teachers and madrasah principals utilize the helpdesk to get more information. The results of the principal's strategy in implementing the independent curriculum at MIN 2 Langkat for schools have had a positive impact on the school, teachers and students.
