Analysis is an activity in which the process of observing the activity occurs by describing the activity and rearranging the components to be studied and then studying them in detail and structure. Through an analysis of the organizational culture of employees at the Langkat District Education Office in increasing employee motivation it is hoped that it will improve a comfortable work environment and produce good and quality performance. The research objectives were to: (1) determine the effect of organizational culture on the work motivation of employees of the Langkat district education office (2) explain the effect of work motivation on the performance of Langkat district education office employees (3) analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of Langkat district education office employees. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The research design uses Descriptive and Comparative related to the analysis of the influence of organizational culture on employee motivation at the Langkat District Education Office. Data collection techniques are: (1) Observation (2) Questionnaire/questionnaire (3) documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis techniques with three steps (1) metric identification, (2) data identification, (3) data extraction, (4) data analysis. Verify the validity of the data to obtain valid and accountable research findings using the following techniques: (1) Statistical Analysis. The results of research at the Langkat District Education Office are (1) Respondents, namely people who respond or fill out questionnaires. Respondents in the study were official employees who could provide information. (2) Documentation, namely data sources in the form of notes, archives, photos and other documentation at the Langkat District Education Office which is the object of research. (3) Location, namely where this research was carried out, namely at the Langkat District Education Office.
In creating a good and quality organizational culture, a leader must be able to make policies and create a sense of comfort in the work environment so that later employee motivation will increase and produce quality employee performance as well.
