The research improves the learning process both in terms of management of infrastructure facilities in improving the quality of learning, the efforts made in improving this aims to determine the management of infrastructure facilities in the learning process, supporting and inhibiting factors. In this study using qualitative research with descriptive methods. This research was conducted at MTs Yaspen Muslim Pematang Tengah. The techniques used in collecting data are interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis in this study is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity guarantees in this study are creadibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of these findings show that: 1) Management of infrastructure facilities in improving the learning process starts from planning, procurement, utilisation, maintenance. 2) The quality of learning at MTs Yaspend Muslim Pematang Tengah is good because all teachers in the learning process have used various methods and use media in learning and in certain subjects use existing facilities and infrastructure. 3) The steps taken in supporting the improvement of the quality of learning are providing the needs of the teacher's council for the learning process and striving for its existence in a ready-to-use condition. as for the supporting and inhibiting factors of infrastructure management in supporting the improvement of the quality of learning are the supporting factors themselves information and communication that continues to be carried out to teachers, students, and parents. The inhibiting factor is the lack of awareness of students in maintaining and caring for the infrastructure that has been provided, then the problem of funds.
